Sichuan Deebiotech Co., Ltd. is a global bio-enzyme manufacturer with strong R&D capability. We are also an EUGMP and Chinese GMP certified company since 2005 and manufacturing enzymes with high activity, high purity and high stability. Our products have been exported to over 30 countries and regions such as Europe, North America, Japan and South Korea for more than 20 years! Deebiotech is also the long-term partner of Sanofi, Celltrion and Lizhu.
The quality management system of Deebiotech strictly follows the European GMP regulation and also with the quality management capability of other quality systems, such as USA FDA, Japan PMDA, and South Korea MFDS. We has the qualifications and capabilities for the production of a variety of biological enzyme API. The main products include pancreatin, pepsin, Kallidinogenase, elastase, trypsin-chymotrypsin, chymotrypsin, trypsin, thyroid, heparin sodium, etc. Deebiotech has unique 3H Technology (full-process enzyme activity protection technology), through non-destructive activation, accurately activate the zymogen, and uses key control technologies for full-process enzyme activity protection to achieve high activity, high purity, high stability of biological enzyme products.
Deebiotech has three wholly-owned subsidiaries and two holding subsidiaries. It has four GMP workshops, equipped with advanced hardware facilities such as OEB3 closed production lines, automatic affinity chromatography systems, closed continuous automatic separation equipment, etc. The waste water treatment center with the garden-style which has the capacity of 1,000 tons per day. It has passed the EHS certification of an internationally renowned pharmaceutical company. The production and R&D team has successively obtained 15 patented technologies, and has long-term cooperation with the Chinese Academy of Sciences, China Medical University, Sichuan University and other scientific research institutions to build laboratories. It was approved to establish academician expert workstations and post-doctoral innovation practice bases to continuously improve the ability of research and innovation.
